It can be difficult getting along with people, for example, getting along with a new boss can be tough, or supporting a very busy boss can be stressful.  We also have situations at work where we have to deal with people we perceive as ‘difficult’.  Knowing how to handle these uncomfortable situations can provide you with better job satisfaction; future advancement and a less stressful work environment.  In the modern workplace, we work with a variety of different people all the time.  This workshop will help you develop the skills of assertiveness; better communication and diplomacy to help you improve working relationships and thus neutralise problem situations in the workplace.

Content

In our interactive and participative workshop, you will develop and understanding of what causes these difficult situations and how you can deal with it successfully.  We will cover:
